Caritas -Hong Kong is one of the largest non-government organizations in Hong Kong. Since its modest beginning in 1953, Caritas has persisted in its efforts to help people strive for self-development and self-reliance.

Mr. Wong Yiu Nam(1894-2002) was a kind old man who donated HK$ 2 million in in 1995 to support the setting up of our centre. The Centre was named after him.

Caritas Wong Yiu Nam Centre provides residential drug treatment and rehabilitation service to help young male drug abusers. We receive full subvention from the Government through the Department of Health.
